Is each piece made to order?
Yes. Every Lyra piece is made to order specifically for you. This allows us to give each piece the attention and craftsmanship it deserves before it becomes part of your story.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each Lyra piece is made to order and individually crafted upon purchase. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for production before shipment. Once your order is complete, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I rush my order?
If you need your piece by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible.
Materials
What materials do you use?
All Lyra pieces are crafted in solid 14k gold and feature carefully selected diamonds and gemstones. We offer both lab-grown and natural diamonds, while all gemstones used in our collections are natural unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Do you work with lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Yes. We source and work with both lab-grown and natural diamonds. Any piece offered with lab-grown diamonds can also be created with natural diamonds. If you have a preference, please contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you through the available options.
Are your diamonds certified?
Diamonds 1 carat and larger include a diamond certification. Diamonds under 1 carat are not typically certified, as certification is not standard industry practice for stones of that size.
Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, all gemstones used in Lyra pieces are natural gemstones.
Heirloom Atelier
Can I use my own gemstone or heirloom jewelry?
In many cases, yes. We are happy to evaluate heirloom stones and existing jewelry for redesign projects through our Heirloom Atelier.
What types of customizations do you offer?
The Heirloom Atelier offers personalized versions of Lyra designs, including alternative gemstones, natural diamond upgrades, engravings, chain length adjustments, and select design modifications. Customization availability varies by design.
How do I start a project?
Projects begin with an inquiry through our Heirloom Atelier. After reviewing your ideas, we will discuss available customization options, design possibilities, and next steps. If your project is approved to move forward, a non-refundable design deposit may be required before CAD development begins.
How many heirloom redesign projects do you accept?
We accept a limited number of heirloom redesign projects each year to ensure each piece receives the care and attention it deserves.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each Lyra piece is made to order and individually crafted upon purchase. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for production before shipment. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Lyra ships within the United States. If you are located internationally, please contact us before placing an order.
Returns and Warranty
Do you offer returns?
Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us for evaluation. Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, and lost stones are not covered.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. We offer repair services for Lyra pieces. Repair fees vary depending on the nature of the repair and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Jewelry Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend removing your jewelry before exercising, swimming, applying lotions, or using household chemicals. Store pieces separately to help prevent scratching and preserve their beauty.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Many Lyra pieces are designed for everyday wear. However, fine jewelry should always be treated with care to preserve its beauty for generations to come.
