WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

Lyra offers a six-month warranty covering manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear over time, accidental damage, improper care, bent rings, broken chains, chipped stones, or lost stones.

If your piece needs repair outside of warranty coverage, we’re always happy to help whenever possible for an additional repair fee.
Please email fallon@lyrafinejewelry.com with photos and a brief description of the issue.

Any repairs or modifications completed by a third-party jeweler will void the warranty.
